Unfinished Pirates

In case you couldn't tell, I'm completely new to this whole blogging thing. It's funny really, I can design a website for a school presentation because of the lack of power point on my computer, but I have trouble figuring out a blog.
I'm watching Pirates of the Caribbean for the first time. Yup, I'm that lame. It's my first time actually sitting down to watch it. I think I've seen bits and pieces at friends houses it that makes you feel any better. I've never even seen one of the Harry Potter movies (don't hate me, Harry Potter fans, I'm sure they're great!) I haven't done a lot of things others have done, like, say learn how to skip, I do this awkward half run half gallop thing. It's pretty amusing to watch, I'm not going to lie.

Am I the only one that waits like a year for the next book in a series to come out, and then you start reading the book, and you realize how horrible the whole series is? I've done that before. It's gotten to the point where I've had to leave a series unfinished, which is a horrible thing to do to. and I always feel really bad about it because I never get to know how dies, or who cheats on who, or who gets cursed, and I never know how it all ends. I absolutely hate not knowing!  Please don't tell me I'm the only one.

Welcome!

Welcome to Cici's Pretend Library, where I (Cici) shall talk about books, life, and other random things I come up with when I have had far too much coffee.
This is my first blog, I'm probably going to be very horrible at blogging... But, it's worth a shot. Honestly, I'm not even sure I have anything majorly interesting to blog about, ya know, unless you want to hear about my cat Smoosh and how I'm relativly positive she would kill me if she got the chance. but, ah ha, I'm onto her little plan and she knows it.
Or maybe you want to hear about my talents? I'm good at typing (66 words per minute, if I do say so myself... which I do...) I can read really fast (other kids my age read a 600 page book in around 3 weeks, while I read it in 3 days, but that's probably why I have a D in geometry... Wait, I take that back, D+) My teachers compliment me on my perfect handwriting, although that's more of my first grade teacher than I. I'm sure Mrs. Luthe would be very proud.
